Misfits Gaming v Astralis LEC Week 7
A crucial game in the playoff chase for both sides. With MSF at a 7-6 record heading into the game, the pressure was on AST (6-7) to pull out a win. MSF was able to dominate for the major of the game, with AST unable to ever really get a hold of things. The win saw MSF climb the LEC table, and with 4 games left, they looked to have locked in playoffs.

Team Vitality v Team BDS LEC Week 7
Coming into the game, a VIT win looked a sure bet. With BDS out of playoffs already, they are unlikely to cause anyone any trouble. That's exactly what did happen, as BDS all but rolled over and had their belly rubbed by VIT. It wasn't the prettiest game but it was quick, as VIT's late push for top spot continued.

Fnatic v SK Gaming LEC Week 7
An important game for both sides, with FNC on a poor run of form and SK in trouble of missing playoffs. FNC dominated the majority of the game, and never really looked like giving up their lead. With a 10k lead at 22-minutes, SK looked up a creek without a paddle. FNC did come out on top, as they start to look in better shape heading toward playoffs.

Rogue v MAD Lions LEC Week 7
Likely the match of the week, RGE and MAD continued their fierce clash at the top. Though, this time around, MAD is the team ahead in the LEC Summer Split. RGE led early and took that lead into the mid/late game. RGE kept ahead, and with MAD throwing everything at a late-game fight, RGE came out on top. That result closed the space at the top of the LEC with just four games left between both sides.

Excel v G2 Esports LEC Week 7
With both sides joint in the league on 7-6, XL v G2 promised to be a fascinating matchup. Probably the closest mid-game of any series on Day One. With neither team able to get any sort of advantage. It was G2, however, that came through the test as the winners. The win puts G2 in a strong position heading into the final set of matches as the playoff spots start to get claimed.
