Dota 2 Heroes With the Lowest Win Rate in 7.34 So Far

Here’s an overview of the Dota 2 heroes with the lowest win rate in 7.34 so far.

The new Dota 2 patch 7.34 changed many things about the game we like, especially when it comes down to heroes. We’ve already checked some of the heroes with the highest win rate, but now, it’s time to take a look at the other side of the spectrum.

Even though many heroes received different kinds of buffs, some of the more popular names in the previous match were nerfed. Unsurprisingly, this has negatively affected them, so let’s learn more about what to expect.

Broodmother

Dota 2 - Broodmother spawns spiderlings in Diretide

To be fair, Broodmother has been one of the least- successful PUB Dota 2 heroes in a while now. Even though the latter was really strong in pro games, and people tried getting her all the time, Broodmother was just not worth using. The hero is not that easy to master and has a lot of counters, which is why people choose other options.

In terms of the changes in 7.34, Broodmother received several more nerfs. Her base armor is reduced by 1, and Insatiable Hunger now heals lifesteals for 40% less from creeps. Furthermore, the impact damage of Silken Bola is down on levels 1-3.

The only good news about Broodmother is her base STR, which is now 19 instead of 20, and her again gain, which is 2.6 instead of 2.4. These changes make the hero a bit stronger in the mid-game, but they are not enough to put it back in the meta. Consequently, Brood has the last spot on the list with around a 42.08% win rate, which is dreadful.

Batrider

Dota 2 hero Batrider, a muscular, yellow humanoid creature with a gas mask on, riding a massive bat. Flames erupt behind them as they fly away.

The second name on the list is another hero that’s forgotten among PUB players. Despite the fact that Batrider has a lot ot offer to the table, he hasn’t been the go-to option because he just does not have that much damage. He was not popular in 7.33 at all, so it’s no surprise that the hero continues to be one of the names that does not bring a lot of attention.

Interestingly, the 7.34 Dota 2 patch did not introduce that many changes. In fact, the hero didn’t receive anything special other than a small nerf. The cast point of his Flaming Lasso is now 0.3s instead of 0.2s, which means he will cast it a bit slower than before. This doesn’t seem much, but it is a nerf because the hero relies on this ultimate to be effective.

Morphling

The third place on the list is probably the most interesting one yet because Morphling is a hero that was pretty popular in the last patch. Albeit not the go-to option for all PUB players, the hero had a key role in the professional meta. A lot of people relied on him before, and considering the changes he got in the 7.34 Dota 2 match, he may continue to be a popular option.

Speaking of the new patch, Morph’s Aghanim’s Scepter got changes and added an alternative cast to Morph. When it’s on, he will create a strong illusion that uses the hero’s abilities and deals 100% damage. If the illusion is alive, Morphling can teleport to it.

Although this does not seem like a nerf, Morhling is one of the Dota 2 heroes with the lowest win rate in 7.34 so far. The hero has a ~43.50%, which makes him the least successful carry in the game. We will have to wait and see whether there’s going to be a meta-shift and if we’ll see him among the best in the future.

Enchantress

Enchantress

If we have to be honest, Enchantress has never been a popular hero in PUB games. There was a time when players like Puppey used her in pretty much every game, but she was not able to make a name for herself even then. That’s why we are not surprised that she’s one of the Dota 2 heroes with the lowest win rate in 7.34.

Speaking of stats, Enchantress has a slightly better w/l ratio than Morphling at 43.63%. However, since she’s difficult to master and does not work well in every setup, this hero does not have a high pick rate.

In terms of the changes that the hero got in the new patch, Enchantress has tons of new things. Her base damage is up by 2, and Aghanim’s Scepter now allows Enchant to have 1 extra creep. Moreover, the hero gets a new ability that allows her to root a target for up to 5s, depending on how many creeps there are. Untouchable reduces attack speed on levels 1 and 2, and Sproink (she gets that from an Aghanim’s Shard) provides way less range and has 2x the cooldown as before. In other words, she got a lot of nerfs that already have an impact on her success rate.

Doom

One of the heroes that suffered the most after the arrival of the Dota 2 7.34 patch is Doom. In the previous meta, Doom was one of the most interesting heroes that appeared a lot in Pro and PUB Dota 2 games. Even though he remains a viable option in some situations, he is one of the Dota 2 heroes with the lowest win rate in 7.34.

The stats reveal that Doom has around a 44.26% success rate, which makes him the second-worst offlaner in the game after Batrider. Similar to Enchantress, this hero also got a lot of new things.

Starting with Scorched Earth, the ability now heals Doom and his controlled units for 60% of the damage he does, as long as he gets a Shard. A Shard no longer affects Infernal Blade, but its stun duration is up from 0.5s to 0.6s. With that said, the biggest change to the hero is to his Doom, which no longer applies a mute. Instead, it makes the target unable to be healed. The ult deals a bit more damage than before and has less cooldown.

What’s interesting is that Doom’s Level 25 talent allows you to choose the option for his ultimate to apply the Mute effect.
