The support hero can purchase a Shiva’s Guard to gain 30 Intelligence and 15 armor. Lich can cast Arctic Blast to deal 200 damage to nearby enemy units in a radius of 900, reducing their movement speed by 40% for 4 seconds. Shiva’s Guard costs 4850 gold. 

Bloodseeker
