You can play these melee heroes in Dota 2 to decimate your enemies in the 7.33c patch.

Melee heroes can hit hard at enemies with their physical attacks to drain their health in battles. Playing these characters needs precision on their last hits to increase the amount of gold that they farm in the lane. Many items in Dota 2 have specialized effects that work exclusively for melee heroes like Battle Fury and Echo Sabre.

You can pick melee heroes to counter ranged heroes by getting closer to your opponents in team fights. A lot of people play melee heroes to get more kills in battles for bonus experience. The thrill of fighting enemy heroes within striking distance of melee heroes like Phantom Lancer and Beastmaster can make Dota 2 games much more entertaining.
