Overwatch League Off-Season Roster Moves Recap

As players come and go in Overwatch League teams during this 2019 off-season, ESTNN sums up all players trades in a comprehensive guide so you don’t miss anything about your favorite team or player.

Overwatch League Key Dates

The trading season officially began on September 30, 2019. From this date, all Overwatch League teams can negotiate contract extensions or exercise team options on their players. They can also sign new players from their academy team currently competing in Overwatch Contenders.

On October 7, 2019, teams were allowed to submit free-agent player contracts or player trades to the League Office for approval.

The season agreements officially ended on November 11, 2019. All players not signed before this date become free agents and can receive proposals from any teams. All teams must have a minimum of eight players under contract by November 15, 2019. They can add more players after this date, as the deadline to sign or trade players is June 15, 2020.
