The passive ability, Moment of Courage, lets Legion Commander regain up to 85% of her attack damage. You can gain a 25% chance to land a Moment of Courage on enemies at level 1. It has a low cooldown of 0.7 seconds. She has a base attack damage of 60 – 64. You can buy a Phase Boots for Legion Commander for 1500 gold in the game. Phase Boots increases her attack damage by 18. She also gains 4 armor and 50 movement speed from the item.
The Talent Tree can upgrade Moment of Courage to increase her chances of getting Lifesteal from her physical attacks. The passive ability, Echo Strike, granted by Harpoon lets Legion Commander strike enemies twice in a row, reducing their movement speed by 100% for 1 second. Harpoon allows Legion Commander to grab enemy heroes from a distance of 1000 by activating Draw Forth before casting Duel on them. The increased attack speed of Legion Commander lets her trigger multiple instances of Moment of Courage to regain her health after using a Harpoon in battles.
Wraith King
Wraith King can be a gruesome carry hero in the 7.33c patch. He can stun enemy heroes in lanes to strike his opponents with bonus damage. Wraith King has a base Strength of 22 and gains up to 3 Strength per level.
You can level up Vampiric Spirit to gain 50% Lifesteal against enemy heroes. The Lifesteal provided from hitting enemy creeps has been increased from 50% to 60% for Vampiric Spirit in the 7.33c patch. You can summon Skeletons from fallen enemies around Wraith King using Vampiric Spirit that deal 34 damage per hit. These Skeletons last for 40 seconds.
The Strength hero can buy an Armlet of Mordiggian to increase his durability in battles. Armlet of Mordiggian provides 25 attack speed, 15 attack damage, 6 armor, and 5 health regeneration to the Wraith King. He can activate Unholy Strength using Armlet of Mordiggian to gain 35 bonus attack damage, 25 bonus Strength, and 4 bonus armor.
His passive ability, Mortal Strike, can be maxed out to deal up to 300% critical damage to enemy heroes. Mortal Strike has a cooldown of 4 seconds. You can reduce the cooldown of Mortal Strike by 2 seconds at level 25. You can buy a Skull Basher to gain 25 attack damage and 10 Strength. Physical attacks from Wraith King have a 25% chance to stun enemies for 1.2 seconds, dealing bonus damage of 100.
You can cast Wraithfire Blast on enemy heroes to deal 120 initial damage and an additional 80 damage per second (DPS) for 2 seconds. Enemy units hit by Wraithfire Blast will be stunned for 1.6 seconds from the spell. Wraithfire Blast has a cooldown of 8 seconds and requires 140 mana to be used per cast.
Wraith King can unlock his ulti, Reincarnation, to resurrect himself after being killed in battles. Reincarnation restores full health and mana to Wraith King. It can take up to 3 seconds to channel his ulti in team fights. Reincarnation requires 180 mana to be used. You can carry a few Enchanted Mangoes in your inventory early in the match to have adequate mana to revive Wraith King in the 7.33c patch.
People can purchase a Radiance for 4700 gold in the game. Wraith King gains a 15% evasion rate that helps him survive battles against enemy heroes. The item grants up to 55 attack damage to the melee hero, increasing the amount of health regained from his Lifesteal. Wraith King will also deal 60 burn DPS to enemy units around him in a radius of 700 by purchasing a Radiance.

Rage grants 80% magic resistance to Lifestealer for 6 seconds. He can strike enemies with Ghoul Frenzy to slow their movement speed by 30% for 1.5 seconds, gaining up to 70 bonus attack speed. The increased Lifesteal from his attacks make Lifestealer a frequent pick in Dota 2 matches.
