VCL North America Playoffs – Teams, Schedule, Results and How to Watch

Tickets to Ascension will be granted to the two best teams in the VCL North America Playoffs after months of competition

Split 1 started back in February, and it has been a long journey since then for the North American tier-2 scene, where teams have been dreaming of franchised spots. This Playoffs will give two North American squads a chance to compete in the upcoming VCT Ascension event alongside teams from Brazil and Latin America – while the rest of the eight rosters will get another chance next year.

VCL North America Playoffs will be streamed live on Twitch and YouTube. Matches will be starting at 13:00 PT // 16:00 ET // 22:00 CEST.

Out of the 12 teams take took part in both Splits, 8 squads have advanced to the Playoffs based on their circuit points gathered in Split 1, Mid-Season Face Off and Split 2. Here are the teams taking part in the VCL North America Playoffs –

VCL North America Playoffs – Format

Eight teams will fight in a double-elimination bracket, where two losses will be the end of the journey. All matches except the Lower Final and Grand Final will be Best of 3s, while the remaining two games will follow Best of 5 formats.

The top two teams (Grand Final nominees) will qualify for the VCT Ascension Americas event on June 30. The remaining six rosters will get a chance to compete in the 2024 Challengers League.
