Top Intelligence Heroes for Dead Reckoning

Discover the top Intelligence heroes you can play to earn more points for the Dead Reckoning in Dota 2.

Intelligence heroes can play a range of different roles to help their team gain the upper hand during battles. These heroes can roam the map to place wards and restore health to their allies to prevent their teammates from dying.

Support heroes, such as, Death Prophet, and Skywrath Mage, can silence enemy heroes with their abilities. Players can use Intelligence heroes to increase the number of assists during their Dota 2 matches to earn bonus points for the Dead Reckoning during team fights. You can cast several spells to weaken carry heroes and disable enemies to destroy your opponents.

People can choose these Intelligence heroes to gain additional points for the Dead Reckoning mini-game before it ends on April 4, 2023.

Bane – Deal Pure Damage to Petrify Enemies

Bane uses Brain Sap to deal Pure damage to enemy heroes

Bane is an Intelligence hero with multiple spells that can be used to deal Pure damage to enemy heroes. People can start a match with a base health of 660 and a base mana of 351. The support hero can nuke enemy heroes in lanes and during team fights to earn valuable assists in Dota 2 games. The increased mana pool of Bane allows him to cast spells that restore health to the Intelligence hero and disable his enemies.

You can counter melee heroes and other carry heroes with Bane. He can cast Enfeeble on carry heroes to reduce their attack damage by 60% for up to 11 seconds. Enemy units affected by Enfeeble have their health regeneration rate decreased by 60% for the duration of the spell. Enfeeble has a cooldown of 7 seconds and consumes 70 mana to be used per cast. Bane can reduce the attack damage of melee heroes like Legion Commander and Abaddon by using Enfeeble on them early in a match.

The ranged hero can deal 300 Pure damage to enemy heroes using Brain Sap. You can use Brain Sap after losing a bit of health to restore 300 health to Bane by using Brain Sap on your opponents. Brain Sap has a cooldown of 11 seconds and requires 160 mana. You can reduce the cooldown of Brain Sap by 3 seconds at level 15.

Bane can be a solid support hero during team fights. He can use Nightmare on enemy heroes to put them to sleep for 7 seconds. Melee heroes like Troll and Bloodseeker can be disabled before they can strike your allies in lanes by casting Nightmare on them to deal up to 35 damage per second (DPS). Nightmare has a cooldown of 15 seconds and needs 165 mana to be used in the game. The damage dealt by Nightmare to enemy units can be used to heal Bane after reaching level 10 through the Talent Tree.

You can purchase a Glimmer Cape for Bane to move around enemy heroes without being detected. The item can be bought for 1950 gold and provides 20% magic resistance to Bane. You can use Glimmer Cape to turn invisible for 5 seconds, gaining an additional 50% magic resistance. Bane can use his spells without breaking his invisibility, making it resourceful in battles to earn more points for the Dead Reckoning.

Bane can cast his ulti, Fiend’s Grip, after using Glimmer Cape to remain hidden while channeling the ability. Fiend’s Grip deals 150 DPS for up to 6 seconds and can be used to paralyze enemy heroes. Enemy units caught in Bane’s ulti will be unable to move, cast spells, or use items for the duration of Fiend’s Grip. His ulti has a cooldown of 100 seconds and requires 400 mana. People can cast Brain Sap after using Fiend’s Grip to instantly kill enemy heroes for 2 points in the Dead Reckoning mini-game. These points can be used to unlock new skins for your beloved heroes in Dota 2.

You can increase the number of points you’ve earned from the Dead Reckoning in Dota 2 matches with Bane by purchasing a Dagon for the Intelligence hero. Bane gains 14 Intelligence, 6 Strength, and 6 Agility by equipping Dagon in his inventory. You can use Energy Burst with Dagon to deal up to 400 damage to enemy heroes for instant kills. Dagon has a cooldown of 15 seconds and needs 200 mana. You can upgrade Dagon up to 4 times to increase the damage dealt to enemy heroes by using the item.

Necrophos – Make Foes Fear The Reaper

Necrophos slows the movement speed of enemies to help his allies escape

Necrophos can help players rescue their teammates by using several spells to mitigate enemy heroes in Dota 2. He has an increased projectile speed of 1200, letting him cast Death Pulses multiple times throughout the match to heal allies.

People can take the mid lane with Necrophos to level up faster with the Intelligence hero. You can max out Death Pulse for Necrophos to deal 280 damage to enemy units in a radius of 500. Any allied unit around Necrophos gains 130 health per cast of Death Pulse. You can eliminate waves of enemy creeps and neutrals with Death Pulse to gain bonus gold and experience. Death Pulse has a cooldown of 5 seconds and requires 160 mana to be used.

You can use the active ability, Ghost Shroud, to amplify the health restoration rate of his spells. Necrophos can heal 75% more health with Death Pulse while Ghost Shroud is active. The ranged hero is immune to physical attacks for 4.5 seconds by using Ghost Shroud in team fights. Any enemy units around Necrophos in a radius of 750 have their movement speed slowed by 24%. Ghost Shroud has a cooldown of 16 seconds and needs 50 mana. The low mana cost of Ghost Shroud makes it easier to escape battles while playing Necrophos.

Most professional Dota 2 players purchase a Radiance for Necrophos to deal 60 DPS to nearby enemy units. Radiance provides up to 55 attack damage and 15% evasion to Necrophos. The item can be bought for 4700 gold in the game. You can use Ghost Shroud throughout your matches with Necrophos to drain the health of enemy heroes in battles.

His ulti, Reaper’s Scythe, can be used on enemy heroes to deal 0.9 damage for every missing health point. Enemy units affected by Reaper’s Scythe will be stunned for 1.5 seconds. Reaper’s Scythe has a cooldown of 110 seconds and consumes 500 mana per cast. Any enemy hero annihilated while Reaper’s Scythe is cast on them is considered as a kill for Necrophos, making it smoother to earn points for the Dead Reckoning with the Intelligence hero.
