TL and Marvel are celebrating their partnership's renewal with a new merch line.

Today, Team Liquid and Marvel announced that their strategic partnership will continue into 2022. It started back in June of 2019 with Marvel-inspired TL jerseys and other merch, and since then, has flourished with additional jerseys and collections. In fact, it was a monumental partnership for the esports space. Now, there's another collection dropping in hot with a sweet retro feel.

This new LIQUID x Marvel 8-bit collection features retro designs of the iconic Marvel heroes. There's a ton of different types of apparel to choose from, including hoodies, sweatpants and tees. The tees start at $30, the shorts are $60, while the hoodies and sweats go for $80.

The renewal of this partnership indicates great things for the organization. Team Liquid Owner and Co-CEO Steve Arhancet shared his thoughts on the announcement:

"We’re excited to continue our team-up with Marvel. Both of our brands are built around compelling narratives: heroes, rivalries, triumph and even, overcoming hardships. And, there's so many more stories for us to tell together through custom apparel, original content and other fan offerings."

Overall, it's been a great year for TL. Their CS:GO squad has had decent showings at their tournaments, while the LoL side impressed many too. Despite some low expectations, they crushed the 2020 Worlds Play-In Stage. Then the squad went on to impress even more in the Group Stage and nearly made it out. Finally, there were rumors of them adding new Fortnite players to expand their roster in that scene.
