Back in late January, OverActive Media announced their entry into the signing of the entire Dark Ratio roster. After a name change to MAD Lions Valorant, OverActive Media entered MAD Lions into the VCT 2023 NA Challengers League.
They have since competed in the VALORANT Regional Leagues 2022 France: Revolution Stage 2, where they placed second, and VALORANT Challengers 2023: North America Split 1, where they had an underwhelming 11th-place finish. We'll see where they go from here.
OverActive Media appears to be very confident in Valorant's future, as it has just revealed an additional Valorant team: MAD Lions Laurë. OverActive Media has been looking for more chances to increase the opportunities for female gamers. With Valorant as the fastest-growing esports, joining Game Changers seemed like a no-brainer.
#MADLionsLaurë will compete in #VALORANTGameChangers with this roster! Welcome #MADWIN!

MAD Lions Laurë will be OverActive Media's all-female Valorant team. Every member of the MAD Lions Laurë roster is from Spain. The members are Monica “moniovess” Oves Silva, Laia “MissLaia” Miralles Brull, Alessia “Alessia” Crisafo Norte, Lucia “Nahashi” Mata Vergara, Nicole “Nidxvilco” Dobrovolskyy Shved. Jedry, formerly of Team Aku Aku, will serve as head coach.
MAD Lions Laurë will make its debut in the VCT Game Changers 2023 open qualifier beginning on April 5. Good luck to the newly formed squad!
