Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is all set to host the Gamers8 CSGO Championship from August 14 to 20, featuring sixteen top-tier CSGO teams including Heroic, G2, Natus Vincere, and Vitality, all competing for a staggering $1 million prize. This is the first significant Counter-Strike event in the MENA region. As a trailblazer, this event sets the stage for future CSGO competitions in the region. Gamers8 2023: List of Teams

MIBR and Fnatic have staked their claims as contenders among the 16 international teams through the Gamers Without Borders North American and European regional competitions hosted by the Saudi Esports Federation. 

Joining the regional champions on the stage will be Team Falcons, Apeks, Heroic, Cloud9, FaZe Clan, G2 Esports, Gamer Legion, ENCE, FURIA Esports, Team Liquid, Natus Vincere, Team Vitality, and Virtus.pro.

Gamers8 2023 Prize Pool

The prize pool for the Gamers8 2023 event is set at a substantial $1,000,000, and the champions will walk away with an esteemed first-place prize of $400,000.

  • 1st Place: $400,000 (Team Vitality)
  • 2nd Place: $180,000 (ENCE)
  • 3rd-4th Place: $80,000 (Heroic, G2)
  • 5th-8th Place: $35,000 (GamerLegion, Cloud9, Virtus.pro, Natus Vincere)
  • 9th-16th Place: $15,000 (Team Falcons, Apeks, Fnatic, Team Liquid, FaZe Clan, 9INE, Furia, MIBR)

Gamers8 2023 Format

The Gamers8 CSGO tournament follows a straightforward format. Teams are organized in a single-elimination bracket, and the competition will continue until August 20, when we will see the champions claim the crown. Every match will take place as a best-of-three affair.
