Dota 2: Royal Never Give Up add Fenrir

Royal Never Give Up has been a pretty stable team during last year’s DPC. Despite their OK performance at TI 9, the team got into the spotlights after a controversy around the ex-Vici Gaming player Fade. To make a long story short, RNGU did nothing wrong and everyone moved on.

Roster Change

Since Keen Gaming announced their new roster last week, Royal Never Give Up had to make changes because their player Zhang “LaNm” Zhicheng was in it. In order to fill in the gap left by LaNm and the other support player, the Chinese team introduced Tianpeng “dogf1ghts” Gao and Chao “Fenrir” Lu, one of the stars of Team Aster. Fenrir will take the role of Tue “ah fu” Soon Chuan who apparently has been sent to another club.

Needless to say, he is one of the most talented players in China. He even played briefly for Newbee during the last DPC.

Royal Never Give Up’s roster from 1 to 5:

Peng “Monet” Du

Zhengxiong “Setsu” Gao

Lei “Flyby” Su

Tianpeng “dogf1ghts” Gao

Chao “Fenrir” Lu

There is no information about when are we actually going to see the new squad in action. However, they will most likely take part in the upcoming qualifiers for the first Major and Minor. If you missed any of the news in this regard, be sure to click here.
