To have a shot at this, you'll need to head to the Ancient's Seat dungeon in World Tier 4 and summon the boss. However, it's important to note that there's no guarantee that you'll get the drop, but the Lidless Wall is worth the effort. 

To summon Lord Zir, you'll need to place nine Exquisite Blood at the Bloodied Altar in the Ancient's Seat dungeon. These can be obtained by taking down World Bosses and completing Activities in World Tier 4. Although this method can be tedious, it's the only way to obtain the Lidless Wall. This legendary item is highly sought after due to its OP builds in Diablo 4. So, it's worth the effort to try your luck and take on Lord Zir for a chance to obtain it.

Lidless Wall: Get It As A Drop

If you're looking to get your hands on the Lidless Wall in Diablo 4, you have a few options available to you. One way is to get lucky with a drop from level 85+ enemies in World Tier 3 or 4. However, it's worth noting that the Lidless Wall has a slightly higher chance of dropping in World Tier 4, so if you're able to tackle that difficulty, it might be worth your while to grind it out.
