Phasmophobia Cursed Possession Locations on Small Maps (2026 Update)

October 2026 update: reworked maps

Kinetic Games has rebuilt four of the small maps covered in this guide since it was first published in November 2023, so the cursed possession spots listed below for those maps reflect the old layouts.

No rework of 10 Ridgeview Court, 42 Edgefield Road or Camp Woodwind appears in the developer’s Steam announcements since then, so those sections still describe the current maps.

No new cursed possession shows up in the 2026 announcements. The changes are fixes: v0.18.0.0 stopped players from lighting the Summoning Circle at 0 sanity and fixed the Haunted Mirror being blocked by other objects when in use. The Crimson Eye event runs from October 8 to November 1, 2026, and the studio has scheduled its move to Unity 6 for November.
