Dota 2: Winstrike Announces New Roster

Winstrike has always been a very dangerous team to play against. But after the recent changes to their roster, the CIS powerhouse becomes an even bigger threat as Arsenij “ArsZeeqq” Usov finally built his new team.

ArsZeeqq used to be a part of Virtus.Pro for around two years. However, after the team failed at TI 9, he and two players left the organization. Now, the talented coach is finally ready with his new team – Winstrike. The roster will feature some pretty well-known CIS players, as well as a young and talented mid-laner, melojul. Among the names that we will find in Wistrike is ALOHADANCE, one of the most controversial CIS players. He recently got into the spotlight after he refused to practice with HellRaisers.

Without a doubt, the biggest name in this team is RodjER. The ex-Virtus.Pro player will be taking the support role in the newly-formed team.

Hopefully, this team will be able to perform well because CIS dota is not good right now. In fact, it’s probably the weakest region, especially after the last DPC tournament.

Winstrike’s roster from 1 to 5:

Nikita “Daxak” Kuzmin

Maxim “mellojul” Prev

Vasily “AfterLife” Shishkin

Ilya “ALOHADANCE” Korobnik

Vladimir “RodjER” Nikoghosyan

The first big challenge ahead of the new squad is the DPC qualifier. Nonetheless, it will not be easy to get that spot for the Leipzig Major. As we saw, even teams such as PSG.LGD failed to survive the Open Qualifiers.
