When does Valorant Champions 2022 start?

The tournament starts on August 31, but you won't be able to watch the first leg of Valorant Champions 2022 live. Instead, fans will be able to watch it all play out in person, starting September 9, when the playoffs begin.

Limited Edition Valorant Champions 2022 Collection

Riot Games has released the Valorant Champions 2022 collection on their merch store. A smaller supply of the collection will also be available at the live event in Istanbul, giving fans a better chance of getting their hands on some of these items.  The collection includes a limited edition FEAR/NONE windbreaker, AURORA hoodie, and FEAR/NONE dad hat. The hoodie and windbreaker cost $95 USD, with the hat coming in at $30 USD. Both the hoodie and windbreaker come in XS up to 2XL, and the dad hat is one size fits all. 

The color scheme matches perfectly with that of the event. These items are limited. Once they're gone, they're gone for good.

Claim free Valorant Championships 2022 Drops

Everybody loves free stuff, and Valorant Champions 2022 will allow everyone to get several free rewards just for tuning in. Valorant Champions 2022 kicks off on August 31. Catching the action from any point between August 31 and September 13 will net you the Fire title. The other two rewards have much smaller time windows. From September 16 to September 17, viewers can get their hands on a VCT Champions Curse spray. On September 18, tuning in will get you a VCT Champions Hero player card.

To obtain these Valorant Champions 2022 rewards, you will need to connect your Valorant account to your Twitch or YouTube account. Don't miss out on some limited-time goodies.

Valorant Champions 2022 Tickets

Ticket sales for Valorant Champions 2022 opened up on August 24. The tournament starts on August 31, but you won't be able to watch the first leg of Valorant Champions 2022 live. Instead, fans will be able to watch it all play out in person, starting September 9, when the playoffs begin. The playoffs will be in Istanbul, Turkey, at the Volkswagen Arena. Fans can purchase tickets on Biletix. Each person can buy a maximum of four tickets per event, per day, with ground floor and bleacher seat options available. You will need a Biletix account to make a purchase, and all tickets will be digital only.

Grand Finals tickets are already completely sold out. If you want a chance to see the action in person on any other day, you'd better act fast.
