TheMongolz vs Grayhound Preview and Predictions: BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 Asia-Pacific RMR

It’s the scintillating final of the BLAST.tv Paris Major Asia-Pacific RMR with TheMongolz vs Grayhound

The goal of any and all pro CSGO teams is to be able to play at a Major, and the two Asia-Pacific teams of TheMongolZ and Grayhound Gaming are but hours away from confirming a spot at one. The catch is, only one can make it through. Most of the players on both teams have attended a Major before, but it didn’t quite go as they might have hoped, and this is a shot at redemption that will literally never come their way again — at least not with CSGO. If you’re looking to do some CSGO betting, here’s our preview of this thriller.

TheMongolz

It’s been a long journey up for the plucky little Mongolian squad that could. The team has come from virtually nowhere to become kings of Asia in a very short time, and now they have a chance to continue cementing their legacy with another series of triumphs. In their last match, they disposed of Chinese powerhouse Rare Atom with considerable ease, so Grayhound is well within their reach.

Grayhound

Grayhound have had a pretty dominant performance at this Regional Major Rankings tournament so far, with wins against Chinese giants TYLOO and Mongolian hopefuls Eruption thus far. In that last one, Grayhound beat their opponents 16-12 on Ancient after following up a relatively weak CT-side with a strong attack. TheMongolz will undoubtedly be a tougher opponent though.

The Old One
When he's not sighing at sub-standard teammates in Dota 2 and CS2, The Old One is writing about those two games (among other things). If you see his name around the site too many times for your liking, well, the guy just never stops writing. Yes, we've tried an intervention.
