Talon Esports have confirmed their spot in the upcoming TI12
As The International 12(TI12) approaches nearer, the list of direct invitees to the competition is nearing completion. South East Asian side Talon Esports became the latest team to ensure its place in the showpiece event set to take place in Seattle later this year. They are the sixth team to punch their tickets for TI12, thanks to their impressive DPC points tally of 1120 points. Six more teams will get direct invites to the prestigious tournament while six others will join the party through qualifiers.

The Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) Southeast Asia (SEA) Tour 3: Division I proved to be a challenging battleground for the team, as they were unable to secure a top-three position. Blacklist International, Execration, and Bleed Esports claimed the first three spots in the region and secured qualification for the Bali Major.
Even though Talon could not participate in the first-ever Major held in South East Asia, they became the first SEA outfit to ensure TI12 participation. The team's path to TI12 was paved by the elimination of several teams during the intense Bali Major Group Stages. As one of 9Pandas and nouns are guaranteed to go home from Bali after the group stage wraps up, Anucha “Jabz” Jirawong's men can stay assured of a TI12 place.
Only 6 teams can overtake them, and they're in 6th place at the moment.

Talon Esports are likely to be joined by one other team from the SEA region in Seattle unless Bleed Esports can prolong their stay in Bali. At the moment, they need to get the better of Azure Ray in a tie-breaker clash to survive in the competition.
