The Tundra captain made the predictions during a post-match interview
Ever since winning The International (TI) 11, Tundra Esports have maintained their dominance in the competitive Dota 2 scene, consistently ranking among the best teams in the world. Their impressive performance also earned them a second-place finish in the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) Western Europe (WEU) 2023 Tour 2: Division I standings.
The team’s good form continued at the Dreamleague Season 19 as they made it to the second group stage with only one loss to their name. After their dominant 2-0 win over OG, Wu “Sneyking” Jingjun shared his insights on which team he thinks will perform well after the upcoming patch.
Who Is Going To Be The Best Dota 2 Teams After The New Update? Sneyking Gives His Verdict
Sneyking was questioned about which teams he thought are best suited to adapt to the new patch update. The 27-year-old provided an intriguing response, singling out Dzmitry “Fishman” Palishchuk as a player who can adeptly adjust to new patches and changes. As a result, his team Entity will get an extra edge once the new update launches.
“I think Fishman has generally had a pretty good read on like what are the good supports in the meta. So I think he was pretty good at that. I think a big reason why Entity had success in the first (DPC) tour was because Fishman really understood the hero pool that he’s good at and what was good in the meta and he did a really good job at developing the Western Europe undying-disruptor meta.”
Fernando "Fishman" Marcel Alfonso is a Peruvian football player. In his free time, he also plays Dota 2 professionally for East Tacna Yuca Eaters (Entity). His favorite hero is Bane and his favorite food is Ceviche which made him choose his name. pic.twitter.com/IPqkhe1OzR

Sneyking answered a few more interesting questions during the interview, one of which was related to the hero he typically observes first in new patches to understand the changes.
“I mean there’s a meme on our team, so I guess it would probably be this hero. It's always the Butcher (Pudge). None of our Dota players play it but we always love meme-ing this sh*t for some reason, so then I guess it would just be Butcher. Pudge the Butcher, as we always say.”
