Bai “rOtK” Fan has resigned from his position as Team Aster’s coach following the team’s dismal DreamLeague Season 20 performances
During a live stream, Bai “rOtK” Fan announced his departure from Team Aster. The 31-year-old had been serving as a coach for the renowned DPC China Division I team since November 2022. This decision comes at a challenging time for Aster, as they face the possibility of elimination in Dream League Season 20. The organization, however, is yet to comment on the development. It, therefore, remains unclear whether rOtK will immediately leave the team or stay till the remainder of the competition.
rOtK said ASTER’s players all think SumaiL is a super strong player. And the reason he left ASTER is becuz he was not good enough to coach them even tho he thinks he has already tried his best and also did a decent job there since he got all the players’ approbation.

Despite their recent achievements and the addition of renowned player Sumail “SumaiL” Hassan to strengthen their lineup, Team Aster, known for their dominance in the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) China 2023 Tour 3: Division I, is currently facing challenges in Group Stage 2 of Dreamleague Season 20.
Team Aster's position hangs by a thread in Group Stage 2, with no series wins and three losses against 9Pandas, Talon Esports, and BetBoom Esports. Placed 8th, the team faces an uphill battle as only the top four teams secure playoff berths.
Aster are yet to play Evil Geniuses, Team Spirit, Gaimin Gladiators, and their DPC China rivals PSG.LGD in the competition. Wins in these matchups can propel them to the playoffs, so The International 2022 semifinalists will be keen to return to winning ways.
