Former FaZe Clan head coach Robert “RobbaN” Dahlström wants to build a Swedish CS2 team
Robert “RobbaN” Dahlström, the ex-coach of FaZe, recently unveiled his ambition to assemble a formidable Swedish esports squad. Speaking candidly with Dust2.se in a revealing interview, Dahlström expressed his passion for cultivating a new team from his homeland. Despite his remarkable coaching tenure, he clarified that his current aspirations do not involve an immediate return to coaching.
Despite stepping down from his position as Head Coach at FaZe Clan, Dahlström remains actively engaged with the organization. Presently accompanying the world's leading team in Copenhagen for the BLAST Fall Final 2023, the 38-year-old is deeply committed to FaZe's success.

RobbaN Not Contemplating a Return to Coaching
While expressing his desire to continue collaborating with FaZe, he has firmly stated his reluctance to resume a coaching role. Instead, Dahlström is wholeheartedly pursuing multiple projects, with one ambitious venture centered around curating an all-Swedish roster for CS2.

RobbaN made headlines in July of this year when he announced his departure from coaching, marking the conclusion of his second term as the leader of FaZe, a role he had held since early 2021.
Although he had to navigate some big challenges in the early days of his coaching career, RobbaN played a pivotal role in elevating FaZe Clan's performance and preserving the team's identity.
Throughout his tenure, he witnessed the arrival and departure of several players, ultimately contributing to the formation of the most successful roster to date. In 2022, FaZe Clan achieved remarkable victories, triumphing at prestigious events such as IEM Cologne 2022, ESL Pro League Season 15, and IEM Katowice, solidifying their dominance under RobbaN's guidance.

The team's accomplishments this year included clinching the Intel Grand Slam 4 by securing a significant victory at ESL Pro League Season 17.
