Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko has been suspended after being found guilty of watching an unauthorized stream during a Bali Major game, Roman “Resolut1on” Fomynok will step in as his replacement
The Eastern European powerhouse, BetBoom Team, have been struck with a major blow as their offlaner, Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko, has been banned from Bali Major 2023. This decision is thought to have stemmed from an ultimatum issued by Azure Ray, adding an air of controversy to the situation. The team's fortunes have taken a turn for the worse as they were previously handed a technical defeat in the tournament, subsequently landing in the lower bracket.
🚨Update: Pure has been disqualified from the #BALIMAJOR.
BetBoom will play with English broadcast talent Resolut1on.

As BetBoom Team adapts to the absence of Ivan “Pure” Moskalenko, they have enlisted Roman “Resolut1on” Fominok as their stand-in player for the remainder of The Bali Major 2023. Resolut1on had originally joined the tournament as an analyst for the English-language broadcast, but circumstances have led him to step onto the main stage and showcase his skills as a player. He had stepped in for Pure during the Berlin Major a few months ago as the offlaner could not get a visa to travel to the German capital.
Resolut10n has been without a team since leaving Team Secret in March. He has played in two TI Grand Finals, but unfortunately, ended up on the losing side on both occasions. The 26-year-old won the ESL One Genting 2017 with Digital Chaos and the Game Show Global eSports Cup Season 1 with Team Empire.
