The last big Counter-Strike 2 LAN before the Singapore Major invites are locked starts on Saturday. PGL Masters Bucharest 2026 runs from October 24 to 31 in Romania, with 16 teams, a $1.25 million prize pool and nine of the world’s top ten in the field. Team Falcons declined their invite, and that decision costs them their last chance to earn VRS points before the November 2 cut-off.

Storylines to follow
Spirit and Vitality as clear favorites. On current form they are the two strongest teams in the world, though Vitality’s stand-in situation adds a question mark to their run.
FURIA’s form. The Brazilians come in fresh from the Thunderpick World Championship, where they beat BetBoom in the final after trailing 2-1 in the series.
The MongolZ with nin9. The MongolZ won 1win Private Club Season 2 this week in their first event with nin9, beating PARIVISION in the final, and open against Aurora.
G2 vs NAVI on day one. The biggest opening-round name clash puts two of Europe’s most followed teams straight under pressure, with an 0-1 start a real risk for whichever side drops it.
Singapore Major invites. With invites decided on November 2, every series here carries VRS weight for teams sitting near the cut-off.
