New Valorant Agent Chamber Revealed – Abilities & Release Date

Meet the new French Sentinel.

Today, Riot Games has officially announced the arrival of the next Valorant agent in the form of a reveal teaser trailer on its official YouTube channel. Firstly, the new agent is codenamed as “Chamber” and will release on November 16 as part of the upcoming Act III. Moreover, the new sentinel agent will mark the seventeenth entry in the growing list of characters. The agent was teased for a long time, and his announcement has settled the discussions of a new agent on various forums.

Chamber's abilities

So far, Riot has not officially released any details regarding Chamber's abilities. However, prominent Valorant data miners have released several details about him from the small gameplay teaser.

The new Frenchman brings an entirely new dimension to Valorant. Consequently, he is one of the first characters to wield an exclusive weapon for himself. Here is a detailed breakdown of his abilities from what we know at this time.

Primary Ability- Trademark: Place a trap that scans for enemies. When an enemy comes in the visible range of the trap, it slows down the enemy by emitting a small, lingering field.

Secondary Ability – Headhunter: Activate to equip a heavy pistol. This weapon can also be used in the ADS mode.

Tertiary Ability – Rendezvous: Place two teleport anchors into the ground. If you are in the range of an anchor, press the reactivate button to teleport to the other one. Anchors can be picked up and redeployed.

Ultimate Ability – Tour De Force: Activate to summon a powerful sniper rifle that will kill an enemy with any direct hits to the body. The dead body of the enemy will create a lingering field, slowing enemies similarly to the Trademark ability.
