With this signing, br0 aims to replicate Monte's strong showings from the spring season. The Ukrainian-majority team reached a peak of No. 10 on the world ranking following their impressive campaign at the BLAST.tv Paris Major in May.
Led by Viktor “sdy” Orudzhev, the team secured a commendable 3-2 record in the Challengers Stage, earning a spot at the Accor Arena. Noteworthy wins over FURIA, fnatic, and Natus Vincere demonstrated their potential before being halted by GamerLegion in the quarter-finals.
br0 is set to make his debut in Monte colors at the IEM Cologne Play-in scheduled for July 26-28. The European ensemble earned their spot at the Big Event prelude due to their placement on the ESL world ranking.
br0 says farewell to Astralis
Astralis Talent recognizes br0's significant development during his time with them, starting as a stand-in and swiftly becoming an integral part of the team through hard work, talent, and a strong desire to evolve further. The transfer agreement ensures that br0 will have the opportunity to play alongside an organization that achieved quarter-final success at this year's Major.
Astralis expresses gratitude for br0's contributions during his time with the team and extends their best wishes for his future endeavors.
