Starting with the first Manor Lords Buildings, Gatherings are special buildings that people use to keep different resources. There are different types of gathering, depending on what you need them for:

Like all other Manor Lords buildings, you will need to unlock these ones to start using them. It is key to get them at the start of the game and to do that, you have to do research in specific areas.

When it is time to build them, you need to have certain materials. It is important to remember that some of these buildings can’t be reloaded, so choose where to put them.

As mentioned, most Gatherings are used to store different things, but you may also need them to produce raw materials and some will need workers in order to operate.

Mining

The next Manor Lords buildings you can get while playing are related to Mining. They are needed to get different materials, and as of now, you can get a Stonecutter Camp and a Mining Pit.

What’s different about them is that you can unlock them at the start of the game. Like other buildings in Manor Lords, you can upgrade them. For example, the Mining Pit can be turned into Deep Mininig development.

In order to build the mining buildings, you will need to have specific materials. It’s also worth knowing that the Mining Pit can’t be relocated, whereas the Stonecutter Camp can.
