Manchester City Esports Is Recruiting Fortnite Players

Manchester City Esports starts recruitment of professional Fortnite players.

The London-based European football club Manchester City is seeking Fortnite players for its esports division. Last month, the organization officially entered competitive Fortnite, signing NA East professional player Aidan “Threats” Mong.

It was a historic moment for the football club’s esports team, and now, Man City wants to expand its Fortnite squad. This opportunity could be significant for proven players in the scene, and with LANs coming back later this month, it might be the perfect time to sign.

Manchester City Recruiting in Fortnite

Saul Ashon — the organization’s Fortnite and FIFA manager — posted a tweet regarding Man City’s interest in adding more professional Fortnite players. Despite the brand’s London headquarters, the invitation extends to players worldwide depending on their position in the scene. That means anyone over the age of 15 with an established presence in competitive Fortnite and willing to relocate is eligible.

Manchester City’s recruitment expands beyond just being a player for an organization. The team is looking for someone who wants to grow their brands on social media and content creation. All in all, this could be the chance of a lifetime. Competitive Fortnite possesses many talented free agents that would be worthy additions to Manchester City Esports.

There’s no denying that Man City’s involvement in Fortnite is significant on a global scale. We’ll have to wait and see which players throw their name into the mix.
