Liquid vs Entity Preview and Predictions: Riyadh Masters 2023 – Play-In

Team Liquid will look to bounce back from another Major Grand Final disappointment by winning the Liquid vs Entity Riyadh Masters 2023 Play-In tie

Team Liquid will look to put the misery of their ninth Major Grand Final loss aside and start their Riyadh Masters campaign strong with a victory against fellow Western European side Entity. The Indian owned The Bali Major runner-ups have enjoyed playing against Daniel “Stormstormer” Schoetzau and company, as they emerged victorious in six of their eight battles this year. Entity, who barely held on to their top-flight status in the last tour, must hope for a reversal of form to walk with something from this tie.

Liquid

Liquid had a disastrous DreamLeague season 20 campaign, but they got back on track with a solid Bali Major run. The Dutch giants, however, could not overcome their Grand Final hoodoo and fell to their third successive Grand Final defeat against Gaimin Gladiators in the best-of-five affair.

Entity

Entity did not have a great DPC WEU Tour 3: Division I campaign to look back to, but they can look back on their Lima Major run, where they grabbed a 5th-6th finish, and hope for similar success in the Saudi Arabian capital.

When he's not sighing at sub-standard teammates in Dota 2 and CS2, The Old One is writing about those two games (among other things). If you see his name around the site too many times for your liking, well, the guy just never stops writing. Yes, we've tried an intervention.
