French organization Team LDLC has released its Counterstrike: Global Offensive squad, according to a Twitter post from the team’s official account.
Team LDLC, a long-running organization in the Counterstrike: Global Offensive scene, announced today the release of its roster. Judging by the tweet, it does not seem as though LDLC is looking to exit the Counterstrike space completely, but ESTNN can not rule out that possibility. LDLC did not respond to a request for comment by the time of print.
We are now announcing that we are ending the collaboration with the current #CSGO team. Following this decision, we would like to thank each of the players and wish them all the best for the rest of their careers. pic.twitter.com/QPCAyuzeYd

LDLC has been a fixture in the Counterstrike scene since the early days of competitive CS. Fielding famous French players such as Kenny “kennyS” Schrub, Nathan “NBK” Schmitt, and Richard “shox” Papillon, the team has won over $500,000 in prize money since its inception.
Currently, the team is releasing its five players and its coach: Antoine “to1nou” Pirard, David “devoduvek” Dobrosavljevic, Matthieu “matHEND” Roquigny, Christophe “SIXER” Xia, Alexandre “xms” Forté and coach Steeve “Ozstrik3r” Flavigni.
Devoduvek’s newfound status as a free agent makes him an attractive prospect for top teams searching for a final piece. He has posted a solid 1.02 rating all-time during his tenure in the professional Counterstrike scene.
Most recently, teams like Team Vitality and G2 Esports plundered the Team LDLC roster for talent. They signed Alex “ALEX” McMeekin and François “AmaNEk” Delaunay respectively.
Team LDLC’s last big finish took place at IEM Chicago last year, where they finished 5th-6th at the tournament. Since then, LDLC has had little impact on the scene.
