k1to and FASHR Reportedly To Become OG Players

According to reports, OG are about to sign Nils “k1to” Gruhne and Dion “FASHR” Derksen

A recent report by 1pv.fr suggests that OG will be adding Dion “FASHR” Derksen and Nils “k1to” Gruhne to their roster. The organization have been experiencing a challenging offseason, with Maciej “F1KU” Miklas being the only remaining member from their previous lineup since Adam “NEOFRAG” Zouhar and Abdul “degster” Gasanov dropped out of the starting quintet while Shahar “flameZ” Shushan departed for Vitality after his contract expired.

Nemanja “nexa” Isaković and Iulian “regali” Harjău have been announced as the latest additions to OG's roster, completing the lineup for their debut at BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2023. FASHR and k1to will join them in the upcoming tournament.

k1to, who has been an integral part of the BIG for over three years, will now transition to the new team. During his tenure, BIG witnessed remarkable achievements, including a top-ranking in the world during the online era and victories in prestigious tournaments such as DreamHack Masters Spring 2020 Europe and Funspark ULTI 2020 Europe Final.

While the German team faced challenges in replicating their online success upon transitioning back to LAN tournaments, they maintained a strong presence in top-tier events and successfully qualified for three of the four Majors held after the pandemic. Throughout his career, k1to showcased consistent performance with an average rating of 0.99 across 765 maps played, with his best year being 2023 at an impressive 1.03 before he was benched during BIG's reconstruction phase.

As one of the teams preparing for a rebuild ahead of the upcoming season and the impending release of CS2, Fnatic currently have FASHR in their roster. The 27-year-old player proved to be consistent, maintaining an average rating of 1.02 throughout his ten-month tenure with the squad. Notably, under FASHR's contribution, Fnatic managed to reach the quarter-finals of the IEM Rio Major 2022.
