Heroic vs Vitality will be the IEM Rio 2023 Grand Final matchup
Vitality have often found themselves on the back foot in the ongoing IEM Rio 2023, but in most cases, they managed to dig deep and steer clear of danger. They put on another resilient display as they came back from behind to beat Cloud9 in the semifinals. Heroic, on the other hand, recorded an impressive clean sweep against NAVI. There is no clear CSGO betting favorite for a tie that seems so evenly matched, but we will keep Vitality slightly ahead because of the “never say die” attitude they have been showing in Brazil.

Heroic
Heroic had an incredible start to their semifinal tie against NAVI. They dominated the Ukrainians on the opening map of Ancient to secure a 16-9 win. NAVI were desperate to restore parity by winning the second map, but after an intense Overpass fight that went into overtime, Casper “cadiaN” Møller and company had the last laugh again. The Danish outfit will be making their second successive IEM Rio Grand Final appearance, however, they will be hoping for better luck this time around as they lost the final to Outsiders in 2022.

Vitality pulled off one of the greatest comebacks in IEM Rio history as they turned the game around to beat Cloud9 2-1 in the semifinals. The Russians won the first map and were 12-3 up on the second, but Vitality kept on fighting, and in the end, they left the Jeunesse Arena with the Grand Final pass.
