Heroic, who are currently ranked as the number one team in the world, will start their BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2023 against BIG, who are 54 points below them in the leaderboards at the moment.  The Danes will be the obvious CSGO betting favorites heading into this tie, but the new look BIG quintet might catch them by surprise. 

Heroic

The first half of 2023 was mostly a story of near misses for Heroic. Casper “cadiaN” Møller’s side lost the IEM Rio 2023 Grand Final and made it as far as the Semi Finals in the Paris Major 2023. Their quest for glory finally bore fruit at BLAST Premier: Spring Final 2023, where they beat Vitality to lift the trophy.

In 2022, BIG made significant progress. They achieved their first-ever victory in an S-tier tournament and reached their highest-ever ranking, placing 15th. Since the beginning of the year, however, they have experienced a steep decline and currently find themselves ranked 55th. BIG underwent a roster overhaul during the off season, and they are now hopeful that this change will pave the way for their recovery.
