G2 vs FaZe Preview and Predictions – VCL NA Split 2

This is going to be the third G2 vs FaZe encounter of the North American Challengers League

It hasn’t been long since these two teams last fought each other in the Mid-Season Face Off, where G2 got their second win against FaZe. Therefore, considering their past encounters, G2 Esports are the favorites of this matchup. However, things have been looking different for FaZe in Split 2, with a 2-1 record so far, while G2 lost all of their three games.

Split 2 hasn’t been great for the ShahZaM squad as they have lost all of their three matches so far, facing continuous upsets. G2’s last match against MAD Lions should’ve been an easy victory, considering how OXY showed great aggression and had an incredible 317 ACS. However, it ended with a 2-1 loss, as the rest of the roster fell short. Losing games against OREsports and MAD Lions isn’t a great look for G2, considering they were the Group A leader in Split 1.
