G2 Esports Signs UUNO & Ramalho to Rainbow Six Siege Roster

G2 Esports has made two major R6 Siege roster acquisitions with the signings of UUNO and Ramalho.

Several days ago, Heroic announced the departure of their Rainbow Six Siege captain, UUNO, after more than a year and a half with the organization.

But it didn't take UUNO long to find a new home. Today, G2 Esports has announced that UUNO is coming back to G2. Also joining UUNO at G2 Esports today is Ramalho. Ramalho has spent the past several years as the head coach of FaZe Clan. He will be the new coach after Fabian's departure last week.

G2 started 2023 strong with a 1st place finish at Six Invitational 2023, but have had a bit of a shaky season in the mid-latter half of 2023. Most recently, they suffered a disappointing 7th-8th place finish at Gamers8 2023 with a 0-2 loss to Team Falcons.

G2's team now has six members. It is unknown who UUNO will be replacing on the active roster. UNNO and Fabian will make their G2 debut and re-debut once Stage 2 of the season kicks off on September 1.
