Fortnite: Lazarbeam Is Joining The ICON Series

LazarBeam is ready to reveal his Fortnite ICON Series cosmetic set.

Famous Fortnite content creator Lannan “LazarBeam” Eacott will join an exclusive list of influencers in its ICON Series. Over the last year, Epic Games has collaborated with the likes of Tyler “Ninja” Blevins, Lachlan “Lachlan” Power, Kathleen “Loserfruit” Belsten and most recently David “TheGrefg” Cánovas Martínez to produce in-game cosmetics themed to their respective brands. TheGrefg smashed Twitch viewership records during his skin reveal, which may have piqued the interest of Epic and convinced them that continuing the ICON Series made financial sense. As a result, LazarBeam, the iconic Aussie, has worked with Epic Games to become an eternal presence in the game forever.

LazarBeam Teases, Fortnite Confirms

The Australian content creator, who currently boasts over 2M Twitter followers, took to the social media outlet with an ICON Series teaser. Many presumed it was bait or done for comedic value. That remained the case until Fortnite Battle Royale’s official Twitter account confirmed the news. LazarBeam scheduled a two-minute video for 5 PM EST where he will reveal his ICON Series cosmetic set. He currently has over 5K viewers waiting for the video to go live and a total of 18M YouTube subscribers.
