Fortnite Chapter 3: Where To Find The Launchpad

Find out where to locate the Launchpad landmark in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1.

Fortnite Chapter 3 introduced players to many new and old locations to explore. Iconic spots such as Greasy Grove and Butter Barn returned, whereas new points of interest (POIs) like The Joneses and Spider-Man-inspired Daily Bugle have drawn intrigue from the fanbase. While players tend to focus on the map’s named locations, other lesser-explored landmarks round out this new Chapter 3’s landscape.

One of those, dubbed the Launchpad, sits on the map’s eastern section, offering loot and the opportunity to complete in-game challenges. Today, we’ll explain where you can locate the Launchpad and what you can expect to find when landing there.

Where to Find the Launchpad

The Launchpad landmark sits in a collection of islands east of Sanctuary. It resembles The Seven Outposts spread across the map. However, the Launchpad is a more robust drop spot, patrolled by “The Visitor” non-player character (NPC). While not a hidden gem by any means, the Launchpad possesses floor loot and 11 potential Chest spawns.

For challenge seekers, the Launchpad houses several Signal Jammers that you need to destroy to complete a quest and earn XP. Epic Games will more than likely use the location for other reasons throughout Chapter 3 Season 1. So, be sure to memorize the location adobe in case future quests require you to land at the Launchpad.

That should cover everything you might need to know about this drop spot. Be sure to check out the other content ESTNN has to offer regarding Fortnite Chapter 3 and be on the lookout for more!
