FireLeague Announce New Buenos Aires Event, Global Finals Headed Back To Barcelona

The organization has made two event announcements at the same time

In a recent statement, FiReLEAGUE has confirmed its plans for two upcoming events. The organizer will be holding a one-off event, FiReLEAGUE Battle, along with the third Global Finals. This announcement follows FiReLEAGUE's successful international debut in 2022.

FiReLEAGUE has slated these events for the second half of 2023. Earlier, they held its academy league in which FURIA Academy beat paiN Academy 2-1 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

FiReLEAGUE is set to make its return to LAN events with FiReLEAGUE Battle, following the conclusion of its academy league final in March. The one-day event, scheduled for July 8 at Buenos Aires' Movistar Arena, has already started ticket sales.

The undercard for FiReLEAGUE Battle will be the FiReLEAGUE Argentina grand final, where local teams will battle it out for a coveted spot in the Global Finals. This will be followed by a high-stakes regional matchup between Imperial and 9z, the 2021 and 2022 FiReLEAGUE Argentina champions.

The FiReLEAGUE Global Finals is shaping up to be an exciting event, with three qualifying tournaments set to take place across Brazil, North America, and Europe from July to September. The eight competing teams include three invited teams, paiN, Imperial, and 9z, and one team from the FiReLEAGUE Argentina champions. The remaining slot will be an invite-only team.
