FaZe Clan Replaces Rossy and dicey Prior Split 2

Following a disappointing showing in the Mid-Season Face Off, FaZe Clan replaces two of its players

In a Tweet just before their first Split 2 game, FaZe Clan announced the departure of Quan “dicey” Tran and Daniel “Rossy” Abedrabbo. The former Chamber player for the team, dicey, started playing Killjoy after the massive nerf. Rossy, on the other hand, was mainly in charge of Initiator roles in recent matches.

Anthony “mummAy” DiPaolo and Tanner “TiGG” Spanu, both former Turtle Troops players, will replace the two empty spots left by Rossy and dicey. Moreover, these players mostly played Initiator roles for their previous team.

This roster announcement does not come as a surprise, considering the recent leaks of this exact change.

It’s going to be interesting to see how these changes affect the roster as FaZe Clan approaches Split 2. The squad didn’t have the best start in Split 1, but they managed to reach MSI by confirming a fourth place in Group A. However, the Mid-Season Face Off was not welcoming for FaZe, as they lost two consecutive matches without scoring a single map, leaving the event early.

FaZe Clan will be facing The Guard following this roster change. These are the current players for the team:

  • Andrej “babybay” Francisty
  • Kevin “poised” Ngo
  • Phat “supamen” Le
  • Anthony “mummAy” DiPaolo
  • Tanner “TiGG” Spanu
