The Foglands
The presentation began with the huge lineup for Sony's momentous Playstation VR2 launch. Knowing the stellar reviews the successor set received, it's likely that console VR gaming is coming back to Playstation in a big way.
Sony's first showcase was a never-before-seen game title. “The Foglands” is a first-person rogue-like “shooter-looter” that combines the futuristic sci-fi alien genre with western themes. Take up arms with like-minded folk and uphold your end of an uneasy bargain as you solve the mind-bending mysteries of the Foglands.
Green Hell
The open-world survival aspects of “Green Hell” will make its way to the PSVR2 this year.
Highly acclaimed for including real-life survival mechanics in its gameplay, “Green Hell” was a huge hit with PC gamers and is still remembered today. Making full use of the console VR's powerful technology, the Creepy Jar title will feel all the more immersive.
Scavenge materials, hunt for food and raise fortresses alone or with other players in one of the best “survival craft” titles ever made.
Synapse
VR is all about feeling in control when you jump into the game, and Synapse showcases that principle well.
From the creators of Farcry VR comes an original first-person shooter set in a greyscale world streaked with mysterious magic that the player can control. Made in Unreal Engine, the world is made to look and feel dangerous as you blast and push your way through faceless antagonists. From its sharp level design and freedom of movement, you can tell from the teaser trailer that nDreams tailored Synapse to be another good reason to get the PSVR2.
Journey to Foundation
Based on the iconic book series by Isaac Asimov, “Journey to Foundation” is a first-person sci-fi adventure game set in the late stages of a dying galactic empire. Experience the struggle firsthand when the game makes it to PSVR 2 and PS5 in Autumn 2023.
Before Your Eyes
Taking a break from the action, we see one of the most emotionally intimate videogames ever made arriving to Playstation's newest VR console. This beautiful role-playing game about life innovates by making progression depend on your real-life blinks. With that, the new addition's story is all about creating impactful choices as you relive and even reshape the memories of your protagonist.
This Skybound Games title won multiple BAFTA awards for its beautiful graphics, its touching story and its loving soundtrack. Learn how life can pass you by in a blink of an eye once “Before Your Eyes” becomes playable on the PlaystationVR2 on March 10, 2023.
Destiny 2: Lightfall
A major threat emerges in Destiny 2's latest story update. The State of Play spotlight for Destiny 2 introduced “The Witness”, the cause of the first Collapse that almost wiped out humanity. The trailer showed off huge set pieces, new and larger foes, as well as a pretty sweet shot of the Traveler defending itself by launching a massive laser à la Deathstar canon.
The launch of the action-packed event trailer also came with an announcement of future quality-of-life changes, such as never-seen-before movement mechanics. Lightfall brings all of the in-game conflicts to a head as we watch a galactic stand-off the world of Destiny has never known.
Destiny 2: Lightfall drops on February 28, 2023.
Tchia
Take on the vibrant magic within as you explore the tropical archipelago of Tchia. Like in any sandbox, players can run, climb, swim and sail through many of the lush islands that dot the open-world environments. Developer Awakeb's imaginative sandbox takes their sprawl thru nature a step further by giving you the ability to take control of any animal or object you can get your hands on in Tchia's adventure-focused game.

These classic characters will be included in Streetfighter 6's release when it comes out on June 2, 2023.
Resident Evil 4 Remake
The Resident Evil Remake series just got better. With State of Play, we finally got to see more of the highly-anticipated Resident Evil 4 remake in it's third game trailer.
