Despite the fact that everyone is preparing for TI 9, ESL One has just announced the first team on their list for ESL One Hamburg, which will take place at the Barclaycard Arena in October this year. Of course, it is Virtus.pro, which was expected, considering the fact that they are the current champions there. What’s more, they finished the current DPC season with the mind-blowing 13,500 points.
We have our first team invite for #ESLOne Hamburg 2019! It's been too long since we've seen them at an ESL tournament, but with a whopping 13500 DPC points under their belt they are sure to impress!https://t.co/uext96uZVc pic.twitter.com/FVsKcvqQrU

ESL One Hamburg is usually one of the most loved LAN events. Apart from the immense quality of the teams there, the crowd itself makes the tournament awesome. Similar to the other ESL One events, this one will have a $300,000 prize pool. In addition, there will also be a Dota Underlords mini-event, which is rumored to have a decent prize pool.
TI 9
We expect the know the other direct invites soon. Until then, be sure to follow the ongoing closed qualifiers for TI 9. There are still a lot of regions to be played before we know all the names that will be going to Shanghai.
