Dota 2: Team Spirit acquires Positive Guys

The CIS Dota 2 scene is in a very interesting state right now. After years of dominance, Virtus.Pro finally seems to “bleed” after their most recent roster changes. Even though many people won’t agree with this, their results at ESL One Hamburg 2019 speak for themselves.

The same applies to Natus Vincere, who can’t seem to find the proper way to success.

That said, there are new teams in this region which seem to get better and better. One of them is Positive guys, led by Igor “iLTW” Filatov, the ex-OG carry player.

It seems like the young team was able to get under the spotlights recently because Team Spirit, one of the oldest CIS organizations, has just announced that they will get the team to play under their banner for this DPC. This is no surprise, considering that Positive Guys was able to secure a spot for the upcoming Major. What’s more, iLTW and Andrey “Ghostnik” Kadyk used to play for Team Spirit in their previous roster as well.

Be sure to tune in for the MDL Chendu to see if how is this team performing. Who knows, they might be the “new” Virtus.Pro in CIS.
