EHOME have confirmed that Liu “Sylar” Jiajung is returning to the Chinese team's roster.
EHOME played pretty well during the previous DPC season and won a couple of important events. Although they couldn’t make it to TI 9, many people believed that they will be among the biggest contenders in the 2019-2020 DPC. Sadly, it seems like this is not the case, at least for now.
Despite qualifying for the MDL Chengdu Major, the Chinese team failed to impress. They got eliminated in the second round of the Lower Bracket after a very poor performance. As a result, EHOME decided to remove Cheng “vtFaded” Jia Hao from their roster. The talented carry player decided to try his luck in SEA where he will play for Alpha x Hashtag.

In order to fill in the spot left by vtFaded, EHOME added Cheng “NothingToSay” Jin Xiang. Just when everyone thought that their roster is over, the big surprise came in. Apparently, Tang “897” Zhirui was also removed from the roster in favor of Liu “Sylar” Jiajung. Needless to say, Sylar is among the most legendary Chinese players that ever played Dota 2. He’s been a part of numerous top-tier teams in the past and will definitely help EHOME to get out of the hole that they are currently in.
Here is the final roster of the Chinese powerhouse from 1 to 5:
- Liu “Sylar” Jiajun
- Cheng “NothingToSay” Jin Xiang
- Zhang “Faith_bian” Ruida
- Zhao “XinQ” Zixing
- Zhang “y” Yiping
As you can probably guess, we will see the new EHOME in action in just a couple of days. After all, the qualifiers for the next two DPC tournaments start very soon. We can only hope that EHOME will be able to utilize their full potential because on paper, this roster is definitely a “TI-winning material”.
