Dota 2: OG’s Topson Will Take Time Off

The International 2019 was truly an amazing tournament for the European powerhouse OG. They became the first-ever two times winners and the first team to win two consecutive TIs in a row. We can only imagine what kind of emotions the players went through in the last couple of days. That’s why it is no surprise that some of them want to take some time off.

Topias Miikka “Topson” Taavitsainen

The first one who officially announced his time-off was Topias Miikka “Topson” Taavitsainen, OG’s mid laner. The star was one of the main reasons for OG's success this year. In a series of tweets, the Finnish superstar talks about what he’s been through in the last two years. Finally, he finishes by saying that he will be going on holiday with his family.

He did not mention a specific date or tournament when he’ll be back, so we can only guess for now. Having said that, there are rumors on Reddit that Anathan “ana” Pham will also be stepping down for a bit, similar to what he did last year.

If the rumor turns out to be true, OG will have only three active players remaining. Missed any of the TI action? Don’t worry, we got you covered! Be sure to check our full recaps here.
