Dota 2: Na`Vi Shakes up Roster, SoNNeikO Returns, Zayac stands in for Chuvash

Na`Vi announced two roster changes today after ESL One Mumbai. SoNNeikO returns to the roster to replace Dendi, while ex-Pango player Zayac will stand in for Chuvash.

Na'Vi has undergone many changes in the last couple of months. The most notable of which, of course, has to be the departure of their legendary mid player, Dendi. He decided to try his luck elsewhere and went to play for the SEA team Tigers. However, it seems like Na`Vi's performance did not meet the expectations as Dendi announced that he would leave the squad earlier this week.

Even though Na’Vi did pretty well at ESL One Mumbai 2019, it seems like it was not enough. As of today, SoNNeikO returns to the squad after being absent due to health issues. In addition, their position four player, Chuvash, will be inactive for some period of time. His substitute will be Zayac, the ex Pango player. He has been one of the top CIS players for a few years now.

Na`Vi’s manager had this to say on the switch:

“It happens sometimes that a team reaches a certain limit and in order to progress further, it is necessary to make some changes. Chuvash is a good player and a teammate, I wish him good luck and I am sure he will be able to fully open up as a player in a new team. “

Na’Vi’s current roster is as follows from position one to five:

  • Crystallize
  • MagicaL
  • Blizzy
  • Zayac
  • SoNNeikO
