Dota 2: Mushi Steps Away from Keen Gaming

Keen Gaming used to be one of the best teams in China at one point last season. However, they have completely crumbled in the last couple of tournaments. The same happened at TI 9, which led to a massive roarer change.

One of the new players that were introduced to the team was Chai “Mushi” Yee Fung. However, even this legend was not enough to return Keen Gaming on the winning track again.

The qualifiers for the MDL Chengdu were absolutely horrendous for KG. It seems like this was the final nail in the coffin, as they announced on Weibo that Mushi will be taking some time off. The club instead welcomes Zhuang “ xiaofu” Yongfu. The young player will be playing as a support, alongside Jiang An, who will be replacing Mushi.

We have no official information about how long will the legendary player be away from the competitive scene.

The first challenge ahead of KG after the changes are going to be IG Vitality. Both teams will go head to head in the VKGAME Battle of Dawn. Even though it is an online tournament, it still has some pretty interesting names in it.

Whether or not this change is for the better is still up in the air. One thing is for sure – Keen Gaming needs to step up their game.
