Dota 2: LD Returns to The Casters Booth

Dota 2 is just not the same without the incredible people from the production. That said, the 2019-2020 DPC is about to start later during the week, and this means that fans will have the chance to watch some of the best teams in the world.

LD is back

In addition to that, a recent announcement states that David “LD” Gorman will make a return as a commentator after a two-year break. LD has a long history as a caster in Dota 2. In fact, TI 8 and TI 9 were the first events where Gorman didn’t have a role. Apart from being a caster, LD is also a great player himself. This definitely helps him at his job.

2019-2020 DPC

As you probably know, the first Major & Minor are already announced. However, due to the change made by Valve, there will be no direct invites. Instead, every single team has to earn their spot through the qualifiers. What’s more, there are no separate qualifiers. Instead, the teams that perform better are going to the Major, whereas the others – to the Minor.

The qualifiers will start on the 5th of October. Expect five days of amazing back-and-forth action, tons of clutch moments and more.
