Despite the fact that ESL One Hamburg 2019 is not included in the DPC, it is still going to be one of the most interesting tournaments after TI 9 came to an end. However, it seems like it won’t remain without a controversy. Due to visa issues, one of the teams won’t be able to attend this amazing event.
Hey Fam! As you all know, we're really grateful to be able to qualify for ESL One Hamburg 2019 recently.
However, due to Visa issues, we are announcing that we will NOT be able to participate in the tournament happening in Hamburg, Germany. pic.twitter.com/DfxO61M49C

There is no official information as to what caused the issue with the visas of the team. It seems like the SEA powerhouse wants to sort out their visas for the first Minor of the year. This Minor, Summit 11, will take place in Los Angeles, USA.
As of now, there has been no response from ESL. The good thing is that there is still some time left, which means that the organizers will likely find a team to fill in the spot left by Geek Fam.
Geek Fam’s new roster is yet to prove itself in the upcoming events. This team was completely rebuilt in the post-TI 9 shuffles and is hungry for success. In fact, some of the best players from this region are currently playing for it – Carlo “Kuku” Palad and Marc Polo “Raven” Luis Fausto. However, we are yet to see if they have what it takes to win. After all, the competition right now is absolutely fierce.
