ESL announce the location for their 2020 Dota 2 Major – Los Angeles.

ESL is known for hosting one of the most fan-friendly tournaments in Dota 2. However, their latest tournaments were always not included in the DPC. To be exact, the last DPC tournaments that they organized were back in 2018 in the face of ESL One Birmingham and ESL One Katowice.
ESL One Los Angeles will be the third Major of the new season. Featuring some of the best teams in the world, it will take place from the 20th to the 22nd of March, 2020. This will be the second big tournament in Los Angeles after the Dota Summit 11 Minor came to an end.
This is like a breath of fresh air because last season, not a single DPC event was in NA. Although the region is still weak, we can definitely see some signs of improvement lately. For example, all North American teams managed to go through the group stage in the MDL Chengdu Major.
In a typical ESL fashion, there will be a lot of cool things to do for the people attending the Major. We'll provide more information as soon as it's available.
In the meantime, be sure to watch the end of MDL Chengdu Major. Who knows, we might have the first NA champions in a while.
