Dota 2: Dendi returns to Professional Dota in Pango

Dendi announced his return today to professional Dota.

EPICENTER was the last Major of this DPC season and it was a true joy to watch. As soon as it ended, Valve announced Patch 7.22d, which made things even better. And then, just when fans thought that it can’t get any better, the news of Dendi coming back to professional Dota came along.

Dendi's New Team

Danil ‘Dendi’ Ishutin was a part of Na’Vi since pretty much the creation of the team. He was there when they were the strongest teams in the world, and, unfortunately, and when they were at their lowest. However, the legendary player decided not long ago that it was time for a change and decided to try his luck in the SEA scene. He took up a position on Tigers. All in all, though, Tigers failed to achieve pretty much anything, despite the huge expectations.

He is back

Dendi’s new team is called The Pango. In fact, this CIS team used to be decent before it disbanded several months ago. One of the main reasons for their disbandment was the fact that they could not make their mark in this DPC season. However, following Dendi’s arrival, we might see them occupying one of the slots in the qualifiers for TI 9.

The TI 9 regional qualifiers are starting in just a few days, and The Pango look stronger than ever. In fact, their roster has some of the best CIS players right now, apart from VP of course. However, their TI journey is definitely not going to be a walk in the park for them. After all, teams such as Gambit, Winstrike, and Na’Vi are going to make their life incredibly difficult.

The Pango roster from 1 to 5 is as follows:

  • Chappie
  • Dendi
  • Ghostik
  • yamich
  • Misha
