After lacking good results, Dendi’s team is now down to three players.
Many of you probably remember that Danil “Dendi” Ishutin, one of Dota 2’s legendary players, decided to form his own team. He called it B8 and it features some pretty prominent players. However, after a series of bad results, B8 is now down to three players.
The team was formed at the beginning of 2020. Despite that, nearly six months later, the team still hasn’t won anything notable. The last success from this roster was in April; during the ESL One Los Angeles Online. After that, they’ve lost every single series, and needless to say, something had to change.
What now?

B8 hasn’t had that much action in May, but despite that, two of the players have left the roster. Nikola “LeBronDota” Popovic and Steve “Xcalibur” Ye have decided to try their luck elsewhere. While most fans are not surprised about Xcalibur, but LeBronDota’s departure shocked many. Popovic has been alongside Dendi for some time now but it seems like it’s time for a change.
This is B8’s current roster:
- Danil “Dendi” Ishutin
- Andrey “Ghostnik” Kadyk
- Rinat “KiongR” Abdullin
